So this is our inequality in algebraic terms: [tex] 2n+5\leq n-3 [/tex]

Firstly, subtract n on both sides of the inequality: [tex] n+5\leq -3 [/tex]

Next, subtract 5 on both sides of the inequality, and your inequality is [tex] n\leq -8 [/tex]
