From general equation of a line;
y=mx+c
m=[tex] \frac{change in y}{change in x} [/tex]
m=[tex] \frac{0--3}{-2-1} [/tex]
m=-1
y=-x+c 
Finding value of c;
using point (-2,0)
0=-(-2)+c
c=-2
y=-x-2
