What is the vertex of the parabola defined by the equation(x − 2)^2 = -12(y − 2)?

x^2-4x+4=-12y+24
(x^2-4x-20)/-12=y
quadratic => vertex is (-b/2a,f (-b/2a))
Note it is a minimum since coefficient a is positive
