Justine is following a recipe that calls for 4 cups of lemon juice for every 3 cups of sugar. If she uses 3 cups of lemon juice, how much sugar should she use?

3 cups of lemon juice is 3/4 of the recipe
sugar = 3/4 x 3 =  2 1/4

 2 1/4 cups of sugar is needed
